Kursinhalte: Als Stimmpädagogin im Lichtenberger® Modell für angewandte Stimmphysiologie und als Performance-Künstlerin unterrichte ich eine sensorisch-/körper- und klangorientierte Stimmbildung/-anwendung, freie Bewegung, Energiearbeit und Meditation. Unvoreingenommen, in liebevoller und achtsamer Zuwendung zu uns selbst und in der Gruppe werden wir zu Forscher*innen unseres lebendigen Erlebens von Stimme und Körper in Ruhe und in Bewegung. Die imposante und wunderschöne Natur, in der das selbstverwaltete Gästehaus Salecina liegt, macht es uns leicht, in die eigene Größe, Freude und Freiheit einzutauchen, Energie zu tanken und subjektiv erlebte Grenzen zu überwinden. Wir werden flexibel drinnen und draußen sein, Ausflüge unternehmen und es uns rundum gut gehen lassen.
Kurszeiten: Täglich mindestens drei Kursstunden in der Gruppe mit variabler Zeiteinteilung, je nach Wetter und Bedürfnislage der Gruppe indoor und outdoor. Die Samstage sind An- und Abreisetage. Über die bewusst offene und flexibel gehaltene Kursgestaltung hinaus ergänzen gemeinsam oder individuell geplante Ausflüge das Angebot in Form von kleinen oder großen Wanderungen zu Bergseen oder auf Panoramapfaden, Besuch von Museen, des Fextales, des Waldhauses in Sils, ins Bergell oder der italienischen Stadt Chiavenna… (Eintrittspreise und Kosten für Cafébesuche excl.). Wer mag, kann im Haus Salecina gemütlich chillen und einfach nichts tun.
Kosten (für Kurs und Organisation): 350 € bis 450 € (nach Selbsteinschätzung); Frühbuchtarif 300 € bis 380 € bis zum 30.4.26
Unterbringung: in Mehrbett-Zimmern im selbstverwalteten Gästehaus Salecina, 41CHF/60CHF/>75CHF nach Selbsteinschätzung, 18-25 J. 33CHF pro Nacht mit Halbpension (für 7 ÜN: 287 CHF/420CHF/525 CHF). (Preisangaben ohne Gewähr). (Schweizer Franken (CHF) sind ungefähr gleich EUR (ein bisschen teurer für uns in EUR), bitte den dann aktuellen Kurs beachten.) Für Kinder und Jugendliche sind die Übernachtungen günstiger. Zusätzlich gibt es bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit eines Sozialtarifes für 200 CHF/Woche.) Es gibt im Haus einen kleinen Laden. Reisekosten: abhängig vom Abreiseort, mit der DB von Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen ein Reisetag, ca. 120 Euro hin und zurück, Zieleingabe: Maloja Posta (Mit dem Zug bis St. Moritz, von dort mit dem Postbus bis Maloja).

Seven days of
Singing and Movement
based on the Lichtenberg® model
for applied voice physiology and
Amerta Movement
in the high mountains of Italian Switzerland

Course content: As a voice teacher trained in the Lichtenberger® model of applied voice physiology and as a performance artist, I teach sensory/body- and sound-oriented voice training/application, free movement, energetic work and meditation. With an open mind and loving, mindful attention to ourselves and the group, the house and the nature, we become explorers of our living experience of voice and body in stillness and movement. The impressive and beautiful nature surroundings of the self-managed Salecina guest house make it easy for us to immerse ourselves in our own greatness, joy and freedom, to recharge our batteries and to overcome subjectively experienced limitations. We will be flexible indoors and outdoors, go on excursions and enjoy ourselves all round.
Course times: Three group lessons per day with variable timing, depending on the weather and the needs of the group, indoors and outdoors. Saturdays are arrival and departure days. In addition to the deliberately open and flexible course structure, joint or individually planned excursions complement the programme in the form of short or long hikes to mountain lakes or panoramic trails, visits to museums, the Fex Valley, the Waldhaus in Sils or the Italian town of Chiavenna... (entrance fees and costs for café visits not included). Those who wish can chill out in the Salecina house and simply do “nothing”.
Costs (for course and organisation): 350 € - 450 € (depending on income); early bird 300 € - 380 € until 30th of April
Accommodation: in 4-bed and possibly additional 12-bed rooms in the self-managed Salecina guest house, 41CHF/60CHF/>75CHF per night with half board (for 7 nights: 287CHF/420CHF/>525CHF). For young people aged 18–26, 33 CHF per night (for 7 nights: 231 CHF). (All information is provided without guarantee.) Swiss francs (CHF) are approximately equal to EUR (a little more expansive for us in EUR); please note the current exchange rate. Accommodation is cheaper for children and young people. If required, a social tarif of CHF 200 per week is also available. There is a small shop in the house. Local bus and train tickets are included for all guests. Travel costs: depending on your point of departure, one day's travel with Deutsche Bahn from Berlin, Hamburg or Bremen, approx. €120 return, destination: Maloja Posta. (By train to St. Moritz, from there by Postbus to Maloja).
